All shipping to Resorts World will go directly to their warehouse. Shipments should be marked with the name of the event and the vendor’s name. (The warehouse staff will have meeting information and will know where to delivery packages.)

 For return shipments, you will need to have a prefilled shipping label and all items and pallets must be packed and ready for pickup on designated day.

Exhibitor Disclaimer

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities at all events of the Summit and Expo and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless ARANY, its agents, employees and contractors from any and all such losses and damage claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event 100% refund
• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event 50% refund
• Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event 25% refund
• Cancellations after 10/29/26 will not be eligible for a refund
