shipping and Storage:

Hilton Albany has limited space for the storage of shipments prior to our event. Shipments may not arrive at the hotel prior to Sept. 16th and must be labeled as follows:

Packages arriving early or not addressed as shown will be refused.

Shipping Details:

The hotel shall charge $7 per box or $25 per pallet received. An additional $100 will be charged for packages delivered that are over 150 pounds.
RETURN SHIPMENTS must be re-packed, labeled and arrangements for pick-up made by the vendor.

Exhibitor Disclaimer

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities at all events of the Summit and Expo and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless ARANY, its agents, employees and contractors from any and all such losses and damage claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event 100% refund
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event 50% refund
Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event 25% refund
Cancellations after 9/11/25 will not be eligible for a refund
